Fever 104.4
Started with sneezing, runny nose, Allergic around Eyes. Since high grade fever doctor suggested admission and started iv after iv with meds my fever came down and allergic reaction reduced. Discharge on same day, again every 6-8 hours am getting fever not severely high but around 101. Day 2 today, do i need to revisit hospital.

Augmentine duo625 three times a day after food for five days.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.  Montek lc one at night for five days. Light diet, plenty of water n liquid. Rest.

Yes, you need to visit the hospital again. The natural course of common viral fever is around 3-4 days. So you need to be admitted for at least 3 days before you can be discharged on oral medication. Supportive therapy like IV fluids and antibiotics are crucial while the body is recovering from a heavy viral infection
