Fetal pole seen but no HR in abd Usg
I am pcod pateint with 40 days cycle ..for conceive doc. Advise me letrozole . Then I conceive and currently according LMP .. I m 11 week pregnant but in ultrasound showing 6 week 6 days pregnant with present yolk sac and fetal pole .
(Crl 8mm) But no heart beat and there is a evidence of small subchronic haemorrhage.
Doctor prescribed me duphaston, ecoasprine, folic acid and progesterone injection once in weekly.
I am worried pls suggest . Pls find attachments given below.

Heartbeat should be seen at 7 weeks
