Gsac seen with yolk but no fetal pole
Pregnant by LMP 13 weeks but Gsac is 11.1 mm in size (5 week 6 days) in USG report(tvs). Yolk sac is seen. Gsac is not increasing its size.Last week gsac size was 10.57 mm in USG tvs. Subchronic clot was seen beside gsac and it's smaller in size than last week scan report. Decidual reaction is adequate. Liqour volume is adequate. Cervix length is 3.51 cm. Internal OS is closed and clear. Please advise.. I am really worried.

Looks like a case of missed abortion. Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for further management. Tele-consultation is not the preferred mode for management.

It's not a healthy pregnancy as there is lot of discrepancy between the gsac and period of gestation

Since you have had 2 scans with no interval growth, its a unhealthy pregnancy and therefore unlikely to grow. Connect to Discuss options for further management

If at 13 weeks pregnancy, g sac is 5 weeks then it looks like pregnancy failure. Consult please.

See there is discrepancy in the gestational age by LMP and USG report ..also gsac size also decreasing over a week..so there might be possibility of pregnancy failure.
