Since the heartbeat is present nothing to worry The subchorionic collection should settle with rest and progesterone support

Finding a fetal heartbeat is a reassuring and positive sign. A mildly lobulated gestational sac can be a normal early pregnancy finding and is not concerning by itself if the heartbeat and growth are appropriate. At present, everything appears fine. Continue regular antenatal follow-up and a repeat scan as advised by your doctor. ⚠️ Seek review earlier if there is bleeding, pain, or severe cramps.
