6 week5dy pregnancy but no HR, Abd Usg
I am 6 week 5 days pregnant but  no heart beat in abdominal Usg . I am taking duphaston, ecoasprine or folic acid medicine also proluton depot 500mg injection once in weekly. And In Ultrasound there is small evidence of subchronic haemorrhage. I am worried pls tell me . When heart beat come and why there is subchronic haemorrhage seen Pls suggest.

Continue the medication as prescribed. Make sure to avoid any travel or stress. Repeat the ultrasound after one week for fetal heart beat and also to monitor the size of sub chorionic hemorrhage. Its a condition where blood pools between your uterus wall and the membrane covering the embryo. Most of the cases, it resolves on its own and disappears

Subchorionic haemorrhage resolved on its own in most cases...for the heart beat u should repeat ultrasound after one week

Heart beat is seen around  7 weeks. Repeat the scan after a week.

Nothing to worry The fetal pole is seen At 6 weeks fetal pole should be seen Heartbeat should appear at 7 weeks The hematoma will  resolve with rest and progesterone support
