Ferritin level too high
I was under went total hysterectomy and I was injected ferrinject 500mg ( 6) continously for 3 days now I had high 671 ng/ml ferritin is it dangerous please help me solution.

Ferritin is an inflammatory marker in acute infections. Raise in ferritin is due to iron injection ( ferrinject)
