It is nearly 11 months since surgery.your fracture has not united. Poor callus formation. possibly a gap in the boney fragments.
You will need change of nail & bone grafting.

Looking at u r X-rays available in March 2019 with history of surgery on May 2018.
It’s been almost ten months since surgery .
U Fracture is in non union status
In all probability u will require revision surgery with refixation and bone grafting
