I did screw removal surgery in sanjay gandhi hospital where two screws are removed but third not they said extra callus formed between the bones and if I tried enough then re Fracture so they can't removed the third screws

Yes sometime excess bony callus is formed on the screw head,trying to remove with force may cause a new fracture,better to leave the implant as it is.
It will not cause any problem unless a person is diabetic where chances of infection are high OR unless patient sustains another fracture in the same region.
Also as the screw has good hold in the bone it will not be a contraindication for MRI if it is ever needed in the future.
