My wife delivered twins on Nov 2020. Due to premature birth both the babys died in hospital. Now we are planning for pregnancy on August 2021. For my wife, doctor prescribed calcium&vitaminD3 tablet(maxical 500) and folic acid, iorn tablet ( Ferrozor-XT) And she is taking that for the past 6 months regularly. By taking the tablets regularly she feels heat in body and bloated stomach. Can we go for any syrup or tonic to replace the tablets? And we planning for pregnancy on aug 2021. After delivery, 9 months Gap is good. Or we can wait for  some more time?

You can stop all the supplement and just continue with folic acid. iron specially and sometimes calcium causes gastric side effects. Yes you can go ahead with pregnancy planning. Get a CBC, TSH and blood sugar checked before if you can.
