Daily morning after I woke up from bed feeling nausea and head ache Sometimes afternoon post lunch also This is happening since 2 weeks daily

Hello dear good morning. Be cool and relax first. I can understand your situation. What are complaints you have mentioned , going in favour of stress and stress induced gastritis. Ok.               1) Take plenty of water atleast 2 to 3 literature for day.                               2) avoid spicy , hard and junk food.  3) whatever work condition do not take stress.                                          4) Take one big glass of mild hot water immediately after you woke up.
