Need some extra information to come to a possible diagnosis
For now you can use Tab Ondansetron 4 mg morning and evening
But make sure you get evaluation for the cause of nausea
Its not a common symptom to get in your age group and you may be missing some serious problem without diagnosis
Please provide details of the symptom, I.e
Duration, is there associated burning sensation in chest or abdomen, do you have constipation?
You can take tab pantop 20mg one morning and one evening for 7 days.
Tab domperidone 10mg one every 8 hours for 5 days.
Syp digeplex 5ml 2 times for a week.

Avoid fatty, spicy, sugary food, beer. Take light meals in evening and early , not very late in evening. Take more of fresh, green vegetables, fresh fruits, freshly set curd. Drink more water.
