A physical examination by a General Physician. Such things should not be left to home remedies. You need a total evaluation of your liver.

Feeling nauseous on wake up needs to be evaluated thoroughly. You have to ask yourself the following Questions Are you pregnant ? Are you obese / diabetic ? Are you having proper sleep ? Are you having anxiety/ stress related issue? Are you currently on any medication ? Are you having good food habits? Are you having any other symptoms ?
Next Steps
Do regular exercise and Meditation. Take Ginger water in the morning. Ensure proper sleep of atleast 8 hour. Avoid sleeping just after having dinner, try to move around for half an hour.
