I don't know what I want or anything. I feel angry, exhausted and sleepy all the time. My mind is racing and then sometimes I feel empty. I don't know what to do.

Wear comfy clothes and eat healthy comfort food -Wake up, work out a little or practise some mindfulness and get into your most comfortable outfit. These are things that are usually left unnoticed but make a huge difference!
Donât give up on trying - It is completely okay if you arenât getting where you want to. Like the famous quote goes âEvery drop counts in the ocean countsâ. Similarly every small step you take is still one step closer to being healthy and happy. So give yourself plenty of time and donât stop trying.

Hi. Life isn't always structured and organized. It is true in nature. Climate change also sometimes out of our control. Enjoy that "don't know what to do" moments. Do something creatively. We can do many things without a particular focus. Have some indoor garden and start taking care of your little plants. House plants are dependent in nature. You have to maintain a schedule also in caring them.
