I have taken a paracetamol last night in the office. And now I am suffering with the same fever, feeling like temperature getting high. Symptoms : - body pain, cough, loose motion

What is the temperature? Take paracetamol.sos.syp alex 2 tsf twice a day.and ors .avoid  cold water till your  symptoms  subside.
