Feeling exhausted, no energy, dairrhea
I am taking selekon xl 50 mg and Amfast 40 mg for blood pressure and it's under control. My weight is 65kg and height is 5.6
Since last few days I'm having stomach bloating, weakness, tiredness, tinnitus, also the numbness in finger while sleeping and hot feet.
From recent blood report it shows that I have low B12, 172.9 pg ml
Also the vldl is 51 and cholesterol/hdl ratio is 6.46
Looking for suggestions !
