Feeling breathless in morning
So when i wake up in morning i feel breathless and my mom go to gym and my dad in a office that time too so i feel anxious too but if I'm talking to someone over phone that time my breathless is totally gone and I'm fine and good but if someone is not then I feel very bad breathlessness. What is this? I am scared what if nobody's would be there i endup in very bas condition.
