Feel sole pain and dizzy all the time
I am 31 years old and overweight. 78 kg and 5.3 height. Now a days my feet soles hurts a lot after I wake up or if I sit for long time and get up. I am feeling very dizzy all the time. Kindly help if this sole pain is due to overweight?. Before I dint had this problem. I am not exercising daily.

Regular excercise , reduced oil/ fat, reduced sugar , small portion meals,full and free use of salads and fresh Fruits and thyroid check are all keys to your concern , for more details consult

It might be due to overweight, but get BP and blood sugar checked once.. clinical examination is necessary to rule out any other pathology!
