This is usually normal and does not necessarily indicate low milk supply as per IAP/AAP guidelines. Initial weight loss up to 10% in the first week is normal, and your baby regaining birth weight by day 16 is acceptable. However, after that, babies should gain about 20–30 g/day, so weight should start increasing. The fact that your baby passes 6–10 urine diapers daily is a good sign of adequate milk intake, and “wet fart” is common in breastfed babies due to an immature gut. The likely issue is not milk quantity but feeding technique—ensure proper latch, feed 8–12 times/day, and allow complete emptying of one breast before switching. No medicines are needed at present; drugs to increase milk supply are only given after pediatrician advice. Monitor weight over the next week and consult if there is no gain or if urine output decreases.
First 15 days weight loss will be there atleast 5-10% of birth weight so that normal only
Your baby passing 6-10 times means that's normal only and that itself tells that your giving adequate feeding
Wet fart normal only in Newborn
So Finally your baby is healthy and your doing good job till now
Greetings
one-month-old infant who lost weight initially, returned to her 3kg birth weight by 16 days, but has not gained weight since then, while maintaining 6 to 10 wet diapers daily and experiencing "wet farts." This pattern of stagnant weight at one month, despite adequate wet diapers, is consistent with several possibilities, such as a low milk supply, an ineffective latch preventing full milk transfer, or a digestive sensitivity affecting nutrient absorption
