No need to rush to hospital, it might happen that as stage 3 is more nutrition rich, baby might not be able to tolerate it, observe and kindly consult if any vomiting or diarrhea develops

Don't worry
If baby is having vomiting or any other symptoms after giving it then consult pediatrician nearby immediately
Otherwise if No vomiting
Then give formula 1 as routine
