The fever needs to be evaluated for cause.Which would involve a battery of tests and probably admission to a hospital under a physician. There are hundreds of causes of fever. Not all long  duration fevers are lukemias ,many infections need to be ruled out.Its best that you consult a physician as soon as possible.
