It’s not treatment as such.. but u can work upon your thoughts that creates anxiety in that situation for u. There must be some associated disturbing thoughts related to hospital. While going towards hospital start sayin to self - Everything will be ok and fine so need to just visit the hospital and get back that’s it.
Next Steps
Many of us has this kind of similar anxiety towards hospital and it’s normal too
