My first suggestions to you not to search in google. Let doctor to do their job.
Secondly these are symptoms of anxiety as much as you focused on your bodily changes it will create anxiety and again it will lead to bodily arousal and changes. It will work as vicious cycle.
Practice deep breathing.
Go for psychotherapy.

Hi
If you have any doubt about tricuspid regurgitation talk to your doctor about it. Do not Google symptoms. It will be good if you rely more on doctors advise. If your condition is making you stressed and depressed consult a psychologist.
Wellness Greetings to you
Google is just a place where so called Experts share their views. Validity and reliability of that data is always questionable. Don't assume things especially if it is not going to help you in any productivity for life. Believe only the possibilities and have faith to be healed. Take Counselling sessions as a part of recovery after surgery.
