Fatty liver, SGOT SGPT high, discomfort
Hi I did an abdominal ultrasound whose reports were okay except that I have a fatty liver. LFT shows mild elevation in SGOT (60) and SGPT (138). I have this dull pain sometimes in my back, or lower abdomen mainly. The abdominal pain is almost negligible and it's mostly on my left lower abdomen, at times goes to right as well. Back pain is on the right side mostly. And, when I don't wat for a long time, then only this abdominal discomfort maximizes. What should I do? Is pain associated with fatty liver?

No lower abdomen pain is most likely due to intestinal causes. Fatty liver is diet and lifestyle based disease and needs correct dietery and lifestyle changes to be followed.
