Mild elevation of SGOT/SGPT (around 50–60) is common and can be seen with prolonged use of liver tonics, herbal/Ayurvedic preparations, alcohol, fatty liver, or recent illness. At present, this elevation is mild. I would advise stopping the liver tonic, avoiding alcohol, and repeating liver function tests after 4–6 weeks. HbA1c of 6% is in the prediabetes range and requires lifestyle measures like diet control, weight management, and regular exercise. If liver enzymes remain elevated or increase further, further evaluation may be needed.

Liver is a very deceptive organ. The levels rise late and by the time the damage has already begun. Though mildly elevated the process of it has started long before. Alcohol eating outside obesity sedentary life style oily and fried food late sleeping habits and mental stress and physical stress all can cause liver injury
Next Steps
Stop all Liver tonics, nothing increases its status than simple eating and simple living in terms of lifestyle
Health Tips
Reduce weight, become physically active, have less oily and fried foods sleep well and recheck Liver profile and Hba1c
