Hi Doctor, i have done my medical checkup in which few parameters of my liver coming abnormal. Will you please check and let me know what should i do?

No need to worry Mildly deranged sgot n sgpt Healthy diet n exercise will help Include raw papaya or papaya extract in ur diet .. It might help

Report suggestive of slightly dearranged /borderline enzyme.You can control it by dietry modification like avoiding oliy spicy foods

you can make detox drink like( lemon slice ,mint leaves ,ginger pieces ,black pepper)after every meals .

So I see that you are young and the LFT is showing some values are borderline deranged. For your age ,it's not worrisome but it will be good to fix it. And the good part is that it's in your hands. Your liver  is a major part of digestion , it likes homework but not too much of it. So choose your food groups, quantity, time of meal wisely.  Oily, spicy, processed food, alcohol if done frequently, too late and in excessive amounts is likely to  show up as this LFT.

Age is on your side- good work out routine and being mindful and aware of your food choices is a  very important, preventive learning.

non vegetarian food, especially red meats, deep fried food, heavy creamy dessert all make the liver sluggish.

Need not worry, maintain proper diet with lots of fiber and protein. Avoid fried, fatty foods, make sure u include exercises in ur lifestyle.

Its slightly deranged and borderline and also not significant. Its due to sedentary lifestyles and dietary habits.avoid fatty food and oily street food.home made food is best for you.

Slightly raised liver enzymes , which is insignificant.  Maintain a healthy balanced diet and exercise.  Are you taking and medicines like over the counter ones or prescription drugs since sometime ?
