Fatty liver
Hi I am very sad and affrid. My ultrasounds report say I have fatty liver grade 2. And my weight is 93 and hight is 5 feet 7 inch.
Can exercise cure my fatty liver. Plz help I am very afraid.

Please consult a dietician, and ask for weight loss diet chart, and follow that chart strictly. Exercise to be included in your routine. Target of atleast 10% weight loss in next 6 months.
