Hi I can understand your concern
Abdominal pain and vomiting can be due to other reason like gastritis or indigestion
Fatty liver can produce dull pain in right upper abdomen .
For now you can use tablet EMESET 8 mg 2 times a day for 2 days and tablet Pan 40 two times a day for 5 days it will help you regarding your symptom.
Regarding fatty liver you can use tablet tocofil once a day for 30 days and plan for regular exercise.
Make sure you maintain a proper balance diet
