Fatty liver and splenomegaly
Hi doctor I'm 42yrs old , no bp , no diabetes, non alcoholic, weight 82kg, triglycerides 263 Creatinine 1.3mg/dl , desktop job My first concern is my creatinine which is 1.3mg/dl with no major symptoms like edema, bloody urine, etc But i felt fullness of stomach on and off with no pain but when i urinate my lower abdomen feels some what pressure with no pain. So met the doctor hence ultrasound scan was done . As the treated doctor is out of station The report is attached Please let me know 1. What may be the reason for my 1.3 creatinine 2. My usg reports 3. Can fatty liver increase creatitine 4. What i must avoid Thank you
