Fatigue, nausea, darkened areolas

Ok so me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex for over 6 months and in the beginning i was having pregnancy symptoms so of course i thought i was pregnant then i got my period and i keot getting them until 4 months in it jus stopped all while im still having pregnancy symptoms but every pregnancy test i took was negative i went to the doctor they said it might be to early to detect it so they gave me a blood test that was negative to so i jus accepted the fact i wasnt pregnant
