Fatigue & low energy
My mother has symptoms like fatigue, low energy, leg and arm pain, mood swings along with menopause. BMI =32. Goes for regular walks, no drinking or smoking. Eats mostly home cooked meals. Hb 9.7 Ferritin 11.6 Vitamin D 9.3 & B12 normal. She does not take any medicines at all. Any supplements that she should be taking? Also, TSH is 6.17. So should she be taking treatment for hypothyroidism as well?
