I understand your concern 🌿 At your age (19), fatigue, headache, low concentration, and memory issues are often linked with **irregular sleep, long screen time, poor digestion, or stress from studies**. Ayurveda has herbs that can help, but choosing the right one matters: ### 🔹 Ashwagandha * Works best if you feel **weak, fatigued, anxious, low stamina, body pain**. * Improves **energy, stress tolerance, sleep quality**. * Good as a **rasayana (rejuvenator)** for long-term vitality. ### 🔹 Brahmi * Works best if your main issue is **poor memory, lack of focus, forgetfulness, overthinking, mental stress**. * Improves **concentration, clarity, memory power**. * Calms the mind without making you sleepy. ### 🔹 Both Together * Safe to combine in **moderate doses**. Many formulations already have both. * Ashwagandha will strengthen your body + reduce fatigue, while Brahmi will sharpen your mind + concentration. * This is often recommended for **students** who need both energy and focus. --- ✅ **How to take (general guideline):** * ****tablet**: 250–500 mg, once or twice daily after meals. * *****tablet/capsule**: 250–500 mg, once or twice daily after meals. * You can take them **together** in the morning after breakfast, or Ashwagandha at night + Brahmi in morning. ⚠️ Avoid if: * You have **very low BP or thyroid issues** → consult before Ashwagandha. * You have **severe cold, cough, or loose stools tendency** → use Ashwagandha carefully. --- 👉 For your age and symptoms, **both in combination will be best**. Also, don’t forget: * Sleep **7–8 hrs** * Light exercise or yoga **daily** * Reduce junk food / late-night study snacking * Practice **pranayama (Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari)** for focus and calm mind. --- Would you like me to suggest a **ready-made Ayurvedic formulation** (containing both Brahmi + Ashwagandha) that is good for students, instead of taking them separately? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

First need to find the cause - Is there any habits? If so, gradually stop it Is there is any stress? Do regular yoga and pranayama, u can have Kalyanaka ghrita 10ml in empty stomach, morning Any sleep disturbances? Try to avoid mobile after 10pm, that time u can have a Ashwagandha which helps in inducing sleep If there is all the above - then u can undergo one Sadyovirechana or Nasya therapy followed by Manasa mitra vati and Mahakalyanaka ghritha

I understand your concern. Fatigue, headache, low memory, and poor concentration at your age can happen due to multiple reasons such as irregular sleep, nutritional deficiency, stress, or lifestyle imbalance. While herbs like Brahmi and Ashwagandha are known in Ayurveda to help with stress, concentration, and overall vitality, it is very important to first assess the underlying cause of your symptoms before starting any medicines or supplements. Self-medication may not give proper results.
Next Steps
I would advise you to book a consultation with me, so I can take a detailed history, understand your daily routine, diet, stress levels, and rule out deficiencies like anemia or vitamin issues. After that, I can suggest the right Ayurvedic medicines, dose, and duration tailored for you.
Health Tips
Maintain regular sleep (7–8 hours). Keep yourself hydrated and avoid skipping meals. Add fresh fruits, nuts, and green vegetables to your diet. Practice 10–15 minutes of meditation or deep breathing daily.

1. Find the cause?? Whether Depression or anxiety or social fear etc., 2. Find the proper diagnosis by consulting physician. 3. Find your prakriti 4. Ayurveda is not only barely depends on Medications but it also depends on spirituality in such conditions. 5. Mantra, Japa, Homa etc., also will help you to concentrate. 6. Both Ashwagandha and Brahmi are commonly used in Ayurveda for students—Ashwagandha helps with energy, fatigue, and stress, while Brahmi supports memory, focus, and concentration. In many cases, they can be taken together, but the right dose and form depend on your body type, digestion, and sleep pattern. Best would be to consult me directly so I can guide you with a safe and effective regimen suited to your needs.
