Fatigue and heavy head

Asked for Male, 40 Years

My mother is 66 years old Her weight is 55 kg Height is 5feet3 inch. She is diabetic She takes medication for diabetes and high BP. On 2nd august she took 2nd dose of covishield From yesterday she has fatigue. What to do? Pls advise.
