Fatigue And Heavy Head - 2 August My Mother Took 2Nd Dose Of

Fatigue and heavy head

2 august my mother took 2nd dose of covid vaccine covishield. From yesterday 6th August she is having fatigue and not feeling well... Head is heavy... No fever. She is diabetic and have high BP. Is this related to covishield? But why after 5 days she having these symptoms? What should i do? Please advise. Please give urgent reply.
