I am not overweight but i have some fat on my belly (tummy). Which is worse when i wear t shirts and under shirts.
and i am getting married after 32 days. Please is there any thing or remedy that i can lose belly fat in 30 days. as i've told already i am not overweight or Fat person. i have just extra fat than normal. kindley suggest me some home exercise and what foods i have to eat without
