Fat on belly
I am not overweight but i have some fat on my belly (tummy). Which is worse when i wear t shirts and under shirts. and i am getting married after 32 days. Please is there any thing or remedy that i can lose belly fat in 30 days. as i've told already i am not overweight or Fat person. i have just extra fat than normal. kindley suggest me some home exercise and what foods i have to eat without lose any sexual drive... or energy

Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's and sweets and cold drinks chocolates. Drink water 16glasses daily. Dinner before 6pm Post dinner 10pm skimmed milk 200ml without sugar.
