Hi,
I'm experiencing hairfall of min 200 hair daily. In my diet I do take one seasonal fruit 6 almonds 3 eggs, 5 capsule of fish
liver oil etc also do daily exercise. I also avoid any fastfood and take proper meal.
Also I oil my hair on alternate days at night, I usually use patanjali kesh kanti and wash the hair with the same brand of shampoo in the morning. I am following all the regulations properly since many month still hairfall is not stoping. Kindly suggest something and also would like to know if you have to oil hair daily at night and shampoo in the morning or my way of alternative days is good. In my everyday work yes I experience a very stressful work environment.
