I fainted this morning for no reason I have never done this be4 I was sitting down when I moved forward and discovered pain in my chest at the left side the next thing I remember was waken up on the floor not known where I was feeling lightheaded and sick I still have the chest pains but the pain is traveling down my left arm and am also getting pins and needles
