My face, chest and back is having some sort of skin problem. they look like pimples but i don't know what are they. please look at the pictures and give me a solution.

hellooo.. on your face it looks more pustular...and your skin seems oily too..kindly wash your face with plain water when ever you go out and come...use mild soap and use a face wash which has salicyclic acid...you can start using antibiotic cream like clindamycin...consult dermatologist for further assistance
