Greetings. Doing electro cautery or radio frequency ablation for the lesions on face with the right energy settings and done by a qualified dermatologist - would result in leaving a very minimal mark and this could further reduce after using certain creams. However just beware that you personally do not have any tendency to have scars more than normal. Warm regards
