Facial pressure, dizziness
I feel facial pressure like feeling under eyes , along nose. (It is not pain only weird feeling) but no mucus production . Also dizziness like feeling on certain head movements like turning right, looking head down or up etc, but it's not like spinning as in vertigo. This happens even while sitting and doing office work. Please suggest whom should I consult and what could be problem

Hello Sir, Facial pressure under the eyes and along the nose is often related to sinus issues or nasal congestion, even if mucus is not obvious. The dizziness you described when turning your head or looking up/down can sometimes be due to inner ear imbalance, sinus pressure, or cervical (neck) related issues. Since both sinus and ear/ neck problems can cause such symptoms, it would be best to consult an ENT specialist first. If needed, they may guide you for further evaluation. Meanwhile, staying hydrated, doing steam inhalation, and maintaining good posture at work may help reduce discomfort. I hope it helps you. For proper management and treatment, you can consult me. Eye and nose heaviness with mild dizziness may be due to sinus issues, eye strain, dehydration, or posture. Take breaks, stay hydrated, and try steam inhalation. If dizziness worsens or new symptoms appear, please consult an ENT/eye doctor.
