I think it's a mistype it's right parotid gland.
The lymph nodes are less than 1 cm in size so not significant. Just keep a close watch with regular ultrasound

With the ct report provided it shows
Right submandibular lymph node enlargement
Kindly look into and dental caries and visit nearby ENT surgeon for examination and medications
Kindly take warm saline gargles
And it is right parotid gland
