I want to know that this case needs operation or will be cured by medicine as the dr who given the test she gave medicines, tab montek bl, zocef cv, zerodol p, flomist f nasal spray. Doctor told this medicine is enough no need for surgery but though i want suggestion from seniors doctor here🙏

Ur consulting doctor must have seen the film of the scan , on the basis of that they suggested you no surgery, If ct scan is done in acute conditions infection and inflammation will be noted ideally ct scans are advised after two weeks of medications and sprays and if same reporting comes then surgery is being advisable and as far as deviated septum is concerned if no nasal obstruction you face septoplasty is not always advisable
