I expirencing eye fatigue for past 2 weeks even after moderate sleep pattern, working in bank 12 hrs computer work.always feel tired in the morning after bath.sleep get interpt during mid night times.kindly guide me

Eye strain is because of increased screen time ,and continuous blue light exposure 12 hours + Addition personal screen time on ur phone is much more .. Eye strain can also be because of change in the spectacle number ..Consult a opthalmologist  to check ur specs number .
Next Steps
Check for change increase in number of ur spectacles and  add blue light filter to ur specs ADD TEAR  eyedrops   4 times in a day  ;one drop in each eye . Cap.Becousles.  Daily 1 for 15 days Avoid using phone or anyother screens atleast 2 hours before sleep for better sleep..

You can use eye drop (refresh tear gel eye drop_2drop qid),,use spects while working on screen which are good for filtering harmful rays .
