Am having weight gain issue. My height is 5 and currently am weighing 65 kgs. I have. Some symptoms like craving for sugar, hairfall, insomnia and giddiness. Following the diet and I daily do exercises also. But still my weight is increasing in 8 months I put up almost 10kgs. Please help me with this. I am taking medication for thyroid also. Thyronorm 15 mg

Many reasons may be of wt increasing. Follow strictly three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Due to thyroid avoid certain vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, spinach, beetroot, cauliflower, sprouts, radish. Avoid gluten food like bread, pasta etc
