Extreme weakness post breastfeeding
Hi I am 27yr old, mother to 7 month old baby. For past 2 months, I have been facing problem with muscle weakness,low BP 70/40, body shaking, breathlessness sometimes, acidity, nausea, difficulty swallowing and slightly active stomach (solid stools 3 times a day) I have gone to all doctors and every doctor has just given me ppi with sucrafil to control acidity. Anti allergy for breathlessness. And have suggested a case of weakness Otherwise no issue in any blood test, heart tests.just  26 esr. I delivered by C-section. After 3 months I did resume workout and was pretty healthy. Suddenly these symptoms stared to appear after my baby turned 5 months. Any suggestions?

After delivery or c section many pts don't take calcium and iron supplements....at least 3 months postpartum course is needed.. Check your VitB12 and vit D3 levels ... You have very low BP...Keep yourself hydrated with  3-4 litres of water per day because of breastfeeding, dehydration can occur...
