Extreme skin dryness from childhood

I'm suffering from extreme skin dryness from childhood. consulted many skin specialists, they just give creams but no use. in summer the dryness is less. a doctor gave me a vitamin pills and they workd great. doctor passed away recently and i lost my prescription. hep with with the medication
