Extreme pain at backbone and waist.

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I am getting an extreme pain at a part of my vertebral near waist and the waist itself. This’s happening from yesterday. I’ve taken two ‘Pyrigesic 650’ already since yesterday but nothing happened. This is not a constant pain but when I want to move a little bit then that happens. I’ve recently lifted some heavy bag and I was cleaning bathroom bending my waist. But those are not allowed by a doctor. But he is not available for now. When I was little I had a small accident on my backbone. A shock
