Extreme dry skin problem
My face skin is extremely dry and there are red swollen dots on my face area closer to nose.T he skin appears as if the new skin is not getting generated post the dry skin. Please suggest if there can be any Vitamin supplement which will improve my condition

It can be due to extreme dryness. Stop using hot water on face and use a cleanser instead of face wash or soap. Use physiogel lotion helps to improve compromised skin.
