Extreme dry skin and eczema

Hi doctor . i have extremely dry skin and sometimes it starts to crack in my palms and fingers. i had been taking emoilet oilatum for sometime but not useful . i have also got eczems( small blisters containing fluid ) between all my fingers and in large amounts . please help me with a permanent cure .
