Extreme diarrhoea

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I travelled to china last week and had a transfer in new dehli for 24 hours. After i arrived in shanghai 8 days ago i have been waking up in hot sweats, Cramps in my stomach and my back towards my kidneys and extremely severe diarrhoea. I have been going to the toilet over 15 times a day. I have not been sick only felt sick.

Hi there..you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract...A stool examination will help in confirming the diagnosis.... Drink plenty of fluids,coconut water,avoid Pulses and Beans, food with high amounts of refined sugars will help...I would advice you to take pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30 mg and a probiotic...further treatment depends upon stool examination reports Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
