Hlo, sir or mam. im 6 feet tall guy previously im 110 kg, doing dieting and running 10 km and zyming 2 times in a day completing 2 hours in day ,in zym and ground completing 18000 steps every day and now. I'm 86 kg according to my height what will be it my exctual weight
And mostly in diet I take half bowl fruits mix salad and litle oats with honey and toned milk and take green tea and lunch I take 1 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables and 1 plate vegetables salad .Carrot. cucumber.beetroot.tomato
Radish and coriander and I eat whole 1 plate salad
And even evening after zyming I take greentea and dinner I take 2 multigrain atta roti. Boiled vegetables and 1 boiled eggs white parts and 1 litle plate salad
7.30 pm. And brisk walking 30 min eating salad 2 time in a day is not weight gain na eating carrot also what will be a exctual height of a 6 feet guy
