Excessive heat in body and gastritis
I have excessive heat in body my eyes ,hand and feet will be burning and my abdomen hurts sometimes in lower part and sometimes upper part my pain moves and I have constipation also how to remove it pls tell some medicines I don't have any health issues

Triphala ghrta two tsf in half glass of warm water ,drink every morning empty stomach. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits greengram sprouts in every meal. Avoid oily spicy masalafoods,fast foods,preserved foods,nonveg. Drink enough water,buttermiik everyday. Walk,yoga,exercise everyday for an hour. Sleep for six hrs atleast every night leisurely
